Internet Solutions guarantees that our data center network will be available 100% of the time and there will be no network interruption from our network backbone to our upstream providers at any time in a given month. For any downtime occurred Internet Solutions will credit you based on the following:
Network/Server downtime is measured from the time the network/server is 100% unreachable, until the service is restored. Note: Our Server Uptime Guarantee does not apply for any dedicated servers or VPS. All dedicated server and VPS clients are still covered by our 100% Network Uptime Guarantee.
